An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/Waitress position to join our F&B Department at Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: • Ensure a safe working environment by following hygiene and safety procedures, handling equipment properly, and reporting any hazards. • Provide excellent service by anticipating guest needs, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude, and handling requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently. • Follow all food, beverage, and service standards, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high-quality dining experience. • Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, and support the team during busy periods and special events. • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and colleagues to ensure efficient service.
