The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
• Supervise, train, and evaluate housekeepers, trainers, and attendants, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and high-quality guest service.
• Monitor room status, prioritize housekeeping tasks, and manage discrepancies in departing guestrooms.
• Enforce employee conduct standards and ensure team compliance.
• Inspect supply levels, cleanliness, and organization; assign corrective actions as needed.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
